So this weekend has been off the bike and travelling home.
The main purpose of the trip was to attend the riders briefing. So yesterday I got to meet some of my fellow riders and the support team and reps who will help to make up the 50 or so riders taking place.
The trip should be great craic and the bunch I have met so far are brilliant. I guess the fact that we are all coming together with the same common aim is one way to help. Us bond.

So the rest of the weekend has been brilliant catching up with my family and being entertained by my nephew and neice. They are refreshing and so funny at times.
