Sunday or should I say Funday?

Well the weather gods were against me getting out and clocking up some good miles. I decided with the severe wind that I would stick to riding on the turbo and put in the miles. I am not sure my bottom would agree that was such an good idea. It consisted of the following ride.

So as you can imagine due to it being an endurance and Heart Rate Zone 2 so a relatively easy ride I did not have the change to move off the saddle much.

It was a slightly delayed start as I was still trying to produce the film from Friday nights session on the turbo trainer which I promised to have posted for you all yesterday. Who would have thought this movie making stuff was so difficult and very time consuming.

But the video is a few clips from the following session at a somewhat faster pace as I don't think anyone wants to watch me on a turbo for one and a quarter hours. I shall try and get some of the facial expressions as you will probably have a better giggle at those instead.

But as I said here is the video. I promise to get out of the garage and get some nice scenery shots in the not too distant future. Honest gov.

Also I just have to say a massive big thanks to Ronan McManus for the music I hope I have done it justice.

The other slight delay in getting this done had to do with watching Ireland play their 4th round match of the 6 nations. And I am glad to see they have returned towards their levels of the November Autumn internationals.

So thank you very much and don't forget the whole reason I am doing this is to raise vital funds for Marie Curie. So please give what you can at the following link.
