So the last ride was Boxing day. So one month off the bike until a brief excursion yesterday to try out a new stead. It was only a 5 mile ride but it felt like 20 miles. So I have a mountain to climb before I am ready for the mountains.
So I shall have to get some serious training in to get back on track and then smash where I was hoping to be. Fingers crossed the weather holds for 27th so I can get out and test the legs again. The question will be which group to ride with. I shall have to see what route in on the schedule and go from there.
